Includes counter top and storage area with a bar sink, the enclosed shelter is 24' x 14' and includes both women's and men's restrooms, six (6) double-socket wall outlets and a 10' counter w/sink. The open-air pavilion is 23' x 24' and includes four (4) double-socket outlets, overhead lighting and eight (8) picnic tables. Lake Level. Childrens playground nearby
