Renovated and expanded in 2000, Rotary Park has become one of the most scenic parts of an already breathtaking lakefront. Centered in the park is a beautiful gazebo, which features a panoramic view of the City’s iconic lighthouse. The park is a perfect setting for a wedding ceremony. An integral part of Rotary Park is the Commercial Fisherman’s Memorial. The memorial serves as tribute to those who worked at one time or another on boats and docks or in related work such as the markets, processing plants, offices, etc. Rotary Park is featured as part of our 1.2 mile Harborwalk; you can walk either direction from Rotary Park, past many downtown businesses, to either the North or South Beaches as well as to Upper Lake Park.
