Programs
This camp will be offered for boys and girls entering grades 4 - 8 in Fall of 2025. Runners of all abilities and skill levels are welcome to
participate. Camp will meet each day at the comfort station in Upper Lake Park. Each session will begin with stretching and warm up exercises.
Runners will have an opportunity to work on his/her running techniques and get in shape for their fall sport season while learning dynamic warm up exercises, stretches, strengthening exercises and some important nutrition tips.

Note:
PROGRAM/CLASS REFUND POLICY:
Refunds will only be made under the following circumstances: 1) the request is made at least 7 days in advance of the first class, provided it does not reduce the participation level below the minimum required class size, 2) when the participant becomes ill and a doctor’s statement is presented, and 3) when the class is cancelled due to lack of enrollments.
A $5.00 processing fee will be charged for each request, except when the class is cancelled.
