Registration Opens Wednesday 10/9/24 at 6PM

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Port Teen Theatre gives students exposure to all elements of musical theatre that will culminate in a fantastic performance. Participants must be registered prior to auditions and roles are cast from within the registered participants. Registration is limited, please see registration information.

Auditions: 11/6/2024 & 11/7/2024
Rehearsals Dates :11/11/24 - 1/30/25
Rehearsals Times: 6pm-8pm
Rehearsals Days: Nov/Dec: M-Th
Rehearsals Days: Jan: M-F

Show Dates: Fri 1/31/25 7pm; Sat 2/1/25 2pm; Sat 2/1/25 7pm

Fee: $175 per PWSSD-Resident, $250 per NON-PWSSD-Resident. Registration fee includes: Educational theatre program, student script, costuming, and commemorative show t-shirt

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
- Registration Opens: 10/9/2024 at 6pm
- Online Registration Only
- No Walk-In, Drop-Box, Mail-In or Phone registrations accepted. No exceptions.
- 6th -11th Grade (max 40 registrants)
- Grade levels will be verified and any incorrect registrations will be added to the bottom of the wait list.
- A wait list option will present itself should the program fill to capacity. Any spots that become available will be filled with those on the wait list on a first-come first serve basis.
- Options to purchase tickets, ad space, sponsorships, etc will be made available the first week of rehearsals.

ONLINE DIRECTIONS
STEP 1: Establish an Approved Online Community Account. Due by Tues 10/8/24.
a) Existing Members
- Visit our Website portwashingtonrecdesk.com.
- Login to your Community Account with username and password.
- Make note of login username & password which is required at registration.
- Add all family members to your account that wish to register for program.
- Update contact, text alert and emergency information.

b) New Members
- Visit our Website portwashingtonrecdesk.com.
- Create a Community Account.
- Make note of your login username and password which will be required at registration.
-Add all family members to your account that wish to register for program.
- Allow 1 business day for residency approval. You will then be able to register for any OPEN registrations.

STEP 2: Register ONLINE for Port Teen Theatre. Registration Opens 10/9/24 at 6pm.
- Visit our Website portwashingtonrecdesk.com.
- Login to Your Community Account.
- Locate the program you'd like to register for: See PROGRAMS>THEATRE
- Click the corresponding green "Register Now" button from the available open programs.
- If program is full, a "Wait List" button will appear, refer to wait list instructions below.
- Follow onscreen directions to complete registration, including selecting t-shirt size and make payment (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover)
- A green "Checkout Complete" message will appear indicating a completed registration and a confirmation email will be sent to the email associated with your account.

WAIT LIST INSTRUCTIONS: If program is FULL, select the "Wait List" button, and a window will appear prompting you to select a Household Member to add to the wait list. A green message box will then appear stating that the member has been successfully added to wait list. No further action or payment is due at this time. Any spots that become available will be filled with those on the wait list on a first-come first serve basis, and you will be notified accordingly.
