The full entry fee, roster (name, address and signatures) are due at the time of registration. Please use registration form and let us know as soon as possible if your team will be returning this year.
A mandatory captain’s meeting is set for Thursday, October 10th at 5:00 pm at Rec Office 201 N Webster St. It is important that each team be represented at the meeting, as captains are responsible for all information disbursed whether a representative is present or not. Game schedules will be distributed at the meeting.
