Note:

OPEN - The waterpark will remain open for light rain.

CLOSURE - The waterpark will close for the following circumstances:

When thunder and/or lightning is present. The waterpark remains closed for 20 minutes after the last seen or heard thunder/lightning.
Heavy/moderate rain blocking the visibility of the bottom of the pool.

In the event of a CLOSURE...

If Rental has begun, but is stopped prior to half of the full rental time (i.e. 2 hour rental ending prior to 60 minutes) due to a waterpark CLOSURE, a refund of 50% the total fee will be issued. If Rental has begun but is stopped after half of the full rental time, no refund will be provided.
If Waterpark closes BEFORE the start of Rental, you will be notified by a Staff Member and you may cancel at that time with a full refund minus $25 service fee OR contact the office on the next open business day to reschedule the rental.


Should you wish to CANCEL your Rental...

Rental Cancellations by customer will result in a full refund minus $10 service fee if cancellation request is made 30 days prior to reservation. Submit your cancellation request to parksandrec@portwashingtonwi.gov
Rental Cancellations by customer for WEATHER RELATED (must have significant chance of inclement weather forecasted) reasons must cancel by 10am of the last Office Business Day before the scheduled rental. At this time, rentals can be rescheduled OR a full refund minus $25 service fee will be issued.
